Shipping & Returns Information

***All orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to reduce shipping costs. Please select the UPS Shipping method when checking out, and credit card shipping charges will be adjusted.

We use UPS for all shipping. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12pm (PST) may be shipped the same day. However, your shipment may experience delays due to a product being out of stock. If this is the case, we may contact you either via email or telephone to notify you of any delays. If you do not wish to wait for your product, you may cancel your order.

If shipping via US Postal Service is cheaper, we may call or email you (the customer) to confirm an address, and confirm that they approve of this method. If you would like us to ship USPS Priority Mail, you can explain this in the comments section when checking out, and include a mailing address where to mail your order.

Packages that are undeliverable or refused are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund. In the event that an order is either undeliverable or refused, the shipping address of the order will be flagged in our system as invalid which will prevent future orders from being shipped to that address.

Eagle Paragliding is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (UPS). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and Eagle Paragliding that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. Eagle Paragliding has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, Eagle Paragliding will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.

Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.

RETURNS:

Non-Defective Products:
Eagle Paragliding reserves the right to refuse any return. Refunds for accepted returns will be credited after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Returned and Exchanged products are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee plus shipping & handling fees. Eagle Paragliding must be contacted prior to shipping a product and a Return Authorization Number will be assigned to your returned product. The customer (purchaser) is responsible for all return shipping regardless of reason for return. We recommend placing insurance on return shipments. Eagle Paragliding is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages. DVDs and videos cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories along with the manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a charge of the actual replacement cost of those items. Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to Eagle Paragliding in like fashion. The order will be processed once we have received the defective equipment.

Defective Products:
Defective or damaged products are excluded from the Restocking Fee upon inspection by Eagle Paragliding. Eagle Paragliding reserves the right to refuse the return of a defective product after 30 days of purchase. The customer (purchaser) is responsible for all return shipping regardless of reason for return. We recommend placing insurance on return shipments. Eagle Paragliding is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages. Damaged or defective DVDs will be replaced with the same title only. Eagle Paragliding must be contacted prior to shipping a defective product and a Return Authorization Number will be assigned to your returned product. All defective returns must be post marked within 5 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number. All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories along with the manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a charge of the actual replacement cost of those items. If merchandise returned as defective proves to not be defective a representative will contact the customer to either send the unit back to the customer or restock the item. Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to Eagle Paragliding in like fashion. The order will be processed once we have received the defective equipment.

Change/Canceled Order:
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please provide with the invoice number, product purchased, and the reason for changing or canceling the order. An order can only be changed or cancelled prior to the shipment of the product.

Properly returned defective merchandise will be replaced without a charge as long as all parts, accessories, and manuals are returned in proper fashion. Any merchandise that arrives damaged requires special attention. In the event this occurs, please call immediately. If you have any questions, please email us.
